I maintain professional indemnity insurance, details of which are available on request. This insurance is not subject to the SRA Minimum Terms and Conditions applicable to SRA-regulated firms. Clients may not have access to the SRA Compensation Fund. You may have the right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman (www.legalombudsman.org.uk), subject to eligibility.
